About this scholarship

A scholarship of 3,000 to 22,000 euros a year for excellent students from outside the EU in master's programmes at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. Palestine is one of the eligible countries.

Funding type

Covers: 3,000 to 22,000 euros for the first year, which you spend on your study costs. In a two-year programme you can get the same amount in the second year if you have an average of 7 out of 10 and at least 50% of your credits by the end of the third quarter of the first year. It does not cover everything. Make sure you can pay the rest before you apply.

University admission details

Required before applying?

The scholarship application is separate from the programme application. Apply for the master's first, and once you have your admission letter, apply for the scholarship with your student number. It can take up to 8 weeks to get the result, and results are announced in the first week of May 2027. You can get only one UT scholarship.

Apply to a University of Twente master's starting in September 2027. Wait for your admission letter and student number. Fill in the scholarship form on the scholarship page from 15 October 2026. Submit it before 1 April 2027, 4 pm Netherlands time. Apply early because the answer can take 8 weeks.
