About this scholarship
The Dima Alhaj Scholarship was set up in 2024 in memory of Dima Alhaj, a University of Glasgow graduate killed in Gaza in November 2023 while working with the World Health Organization. It is for Palestinian nationals living in Palestine. Two fully funded awards are offered for 2027-28: one for an undergraduate degree and one for a taught master's. The university says applications for 2027-28 will open soon; dates have not yet been announced. The 2026 round closed on 30 April 2026 at 23:00 GMT, so similar timing is likely.
