A TOEFL iBT or IELTS score is required. Graduates of English-medium institutions in Australia, Canada, India, Ireland, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, the UK or the US are exempt. If your degree elsewhere was taught entirely in English, a letter from your university may get you a waiver. The school sets no minimum score for the MPP and MPA, but successful applicants usually have TOEFL iBT 100 (5.0 for tests from 21 January 2026) or IELTS Academic 7.0.
