The scholarship application is a separate process from the programme application, and only admitted students are considered. Apply for the master's from 16 October 2026 to 15 January 2027, and upload the KI CV form and documents by 1 February 2027. Admission results come on 1 April 2027. The scholarship form is open from 8 to 24 February 2027. Results are published on 26 April 2027 and you accept by 30 April. The scholarship result comes after the tuition payment and residence permit steps, so prepare what you need for your visa.

Application steps
Apply for a KI master's on universityadmissions.se before 15 January 2027 and rank it first. Pay the SEK 900 fee and upload the KI CV form and documents by 1 February 2027. If you are admitted, send the scholarship form between 8 and 24 February 2027. Wait for the result on 26 April 2027 and accept by 30 April.
