Differs: also in Austria
Europubhealth+ consortium, coordinated by EHESP (École des hautes études en santé publique) in France · Application cycle 2027/2028
An EU scholarship for a two-year master's in public health, with the first year at one European university and a specialisation year at another, for the 2027 intake. Few are given, and the page says fewer than 1% of applicants receive one.
Covers: the full participation fees, which are EUR 18,000 for the two years for non-European students, a monthly allowance of up to EUR 1,400, and health and accident insurance for the whole study period. The page does not list travel costs as part of the scholarship. Erasmus Mundus scholarships are given only in the January round. Some self-funded students may get a fee waiver of up to 30%, based on merit and financial situation.
Open to all nationalities and to every undergraduate field A bachelor's degree (180 ECTS) or equivalent, obtained before the application deadline Proficiency in the language or languages of the track you choose You cannot spend either year in your country of residence at the time of enrolment You have not held an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master scholarship before Citizens of Sudan, Afghanistan, Cameroon and Myanmar are asked to choose a university other than Sheffield because of UK visa restrictions

It depends on the track. For a first year in Dublin or Sheffield: IELTS Academic 6.5 with no skill below 6.0, or TOEFL iBT 90 with no section below 22 (or 4.5 in each section on the new scale), or PTE Academic 63 with no section below 59, or Cambridge Advanced or Proficiency 180 with no component below 175. The test must not be older than 28 September 2025. Tracks starting in Liège or Granada ask for lower scores, and one of them accepts Duolingo. Spanish at B2 is needed for Granada, and French at B2 for Liège and the Health Promotion specialisation in Rennes. Citizens of the English-speaking countries listed on the page, and holders of a full English-taught degree from those countries or Malta, do not need an English test. For a first year in Granada or Liège followed by Health Promotion in Rennes or a second year in Granada, a full English-taught degree from any country is also accepted. Online degrees are not accepted.
