Applications, accompanied by the required documents and duly certified, should be submitted to the Ministry of Education and Higher Education headquarters in Ramallah or to the Higher Education offices in Hebron and Nablus, at the addresses listed below. Regarding students from Gaza: Students wishing to apply for scholarships must complete the university’s online application and attach all required documents by the close of business on Sunday, November 15, 2026. No applications will be accepted after this date. Subsequently, a copy of the university application—along with copies of the required documents (duly certified)—must be sent to the email address of the General Administration for Scholarships and Student Services within the specified timeframe, clearly stating the scholarship name, specialization, and degree level
