Start somewhere

Browse by what you already know

Most students start with a destination or a degree. Each option opens the directory with that filter applied.

How it works

Three steps, in the order you need them

  1. Find your fit

Understand the destination, degree, funding and requirements before you spend a week on an application. Each listing shows what the funding covers, item by item.

  2. Prepare your application

Start an application to get a copy of the provider's requirement checklist, a place for your documents, and your university applications alongside it.

  3. Know your next step

Keep track of each application until the decision arrives. Reminders go out before your deadlines, and you can mute the ones you do not need.

Before a listing is published

Reviewed information, with the source attached

Each cycle is drafted, then reviewed before it goes live, and nothing is published without a link to the provider's own page and the date it was last checked.

Official source on every page
Read the provider's wording yourself; each page links straight to it.
Dated source checks
Each listing shows when it was last compared with the source.
Arabic and English
Every listing is published in both languages.
Announced dates only
If a closing time is not published, the page says so instead of guessing.

Scholar Outlook is not the funding organization. Always apply on the provider's own website.

  • Deadline reminders before each closing date, which you can mute per scholarship.
  • Requirement checklists copied from the provider, yours to tick off.
  • Private file storage with version history.
  • Status history you control, from preparing to the final decision.

Conditional offer

Partial funding

The scholarship covers part of the costs. Identify what is covered and which remaining costs you would need to fund.

Questions

Before you sign up

Does it cost anything?
No. Browsing, saving scholarships and tracking applications are free.
Do you submit applications for me?
No. You apply on the provider's own website. Scholar Outlook keeps the requirements, dates and documents in order, and you record the status yourself.
Who can see my documents?
Your files never appear in the directory, and other students cannot see them. Team members can open a student's records only with a dedicated permission, and every such view is recorded.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. The directory, each scholarship page and the glossary are open to everyone. An account adds saving, reminders and application tracking.
